Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by DigitalCanvasWorks, located at Calle de Manifestacion 10, 50003 Zaragoza, Spain. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2.1 Scope of Work
All projects are defined by a written agreement (proposal or statement of work) specifying deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written amendment.
2.2 Payments
- —Invoices are issued per agreed milestones or upon project completion.
- —Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
- —Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge after a 7-day grace period.
- —All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.
2.3 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to the client. DigitalCanvasWorks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Revisions
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable submission.
2.5 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
DigitalCanvasWorks' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2.7 Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Work-in-progress deliverables are transferred upon payment.
2.8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Full Refund Conditions
- —Cancellation within 48 hours: If you cancel your project within 48 hours of signing the agreement and before any work has commenced, you receive a full refund of any advance payment.
- —Failure to deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
4.2 Partial Refund Conditions
- —Mid-project cancellation: If you cancel after work has begun, you pay for all work completed to date. Any overpayment beyond completed milestones is refunded within 14 business days.
- —Scope reduction: If the project scope is reduced after agreement, a partial refund for uncommitted work is calculated and issued within 14 business days.
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
- —Work already delivered and accepted by the client.
- —Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf (stock images, fonts, hosting fees, domain registrations).
- —Revision rounds beyond the agreed two (2) included rounds.
4.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
4.5 Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to our management team. We commit to resolving disputes amicably and in good faith before any external mediation is pursued.
